Provided that the period within which the Controller shall publish the application in the journal shall ordinarily be one month from the date of expiry of said period, or one month from the date of request for publication under rule 24A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rule 24 A.\u00a0<\/strong>Request for publication.\u2014A request for publication under sub-section<br>(2) of section 11A shall be made in Form 9. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ipindia.nic.in\/writereaddata\/Portal\/IPOFormUpload\/1_21_1\/form-9.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Form 09<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0(25 KB)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The early publication request can be made (optional step) with form 9 and by paying prescribed fess as per table below; in general the patent application is published within a month form request for early publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Government Form and Fee for Publication<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Form Used:<\/strong> Form 9 (Request for Early Publication)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Important Note:<\/strong><br>There is <strong>no government fee<\/strong> for automatic publication after 18 months.<br>The fees below apply <strong>only if early publication is requested<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Fee for Early Publication (E-Filing)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Individual inventors, natural persons, startups, small entities, or educational institutions: Government fee: \u20b92,500 (USD 30)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For other applicants (such as large companies): Government fee: \u20b912,500 (USD 150)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
